Founded in 2018 by Executive Chef Marcus Laurent, our restaurant represents the culmination of decades spent mastering the art of gastronomy in the world’s most prestigious kitchens, from Paris to Tokyo.

His culinary journey began in the kitchens of Lyon, continued through stages at legendary establishments including Le Bernardin and Eleven Madison Park, before culminating in the creation of Aurum Dine.
